AI Prompt Timestamp is an independent browser extension that enhances AI chat platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) by adding timestamps to user prompts and enabling local search functionality.

All functionality operates entirely within the user's browser.

Local Storage

The extension uses Chrome's storage API to store timestamps and user preferences (such as language and settings). This data is stored locally on your device and never leaves your browser.

Permissions

• storage: To save timestamps and user preferences locally
• tabs: To identify the current active tab and supported AI platforms
• activeTab: To inject timestamp functionality into the current page
• host permissions: To run on supported AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini)

No Remote Code

This extension does not use or execute any remote code. All scripts are packaged within the extension.
